Hahnemann was remarkably successful in the early stages of cancer treatment, and homeopathy conquered much of the world.
Homeopathy is "a therapeutic approach to the use of preparations of substances when supplied for health issues that coincide with the manifestation of the disorder in the individual patient". The rule was introduced about 200 years ago by Samuel Hahnemann (1755–1843).
If a remedy causes the symptoms of a healthy volunteer, it can be used to treat this symptom in the patient.
All diseases originate from "itching" (sora), gonorrhea (psychosis) or syphilis.
Hahnemann was remarkably successful at first, and homeopathy conquered much of the world. With vision, this early popularity was probably gained because, like many other treatments of the time, homeopathy was not entirely harmless.
With the final emergence of conventional treatments better than harm has been produced, but the popularity of homeopathy has declined.
In fact, no one knows. The reasons are probably complex. One contributing factor seems to be that observational studies regularly show that patients receiving homeopathic treatment are successful.
Others insist that any treatment that has lasted 200 years has been a "test of time."
There is one common theme between experience, “time testing” and observational studies: lack of control. A positive or negative control is needed to be able to draw conclusions about causes and effects.
By definition, unregulated and unreliable effective formulas are not appropriate.
Of course, there is a long tradition of treating it rather than ignoring the obvious truth. Whenever physicians conduct a treatment to a patient outside of a clinical trial, they will likely blame the subsequent outcome on the specific effects of the intervention. In other words, practitioners regularly start working in less than solid foundations.
It would be constructive to create conceptual clarity about what is really going on in such a situation.
Depicts a patient (or a group of patients) taking homeopathy. Over time, the symptoms improve and so does the therapeutic effect. The concept of homeopaths, therefore, is responsible for the specific effects of these "perceived therapeutic effects" of their intervention.

Strictly controlled studies
To reduce the effects of confusion and bias, only one choice is available: conducting rigorously designed randomized clinical trials (RCTs).
Some homeopaths insist that such a study cannot be done in homeopathy or is meaningless. The same homeopaths usually rejoice whenever an RCT comes out which suggests that homeopathy works. The presence of this type of trial clearly proves that rcts. There is a possibility of homeopathy.
In the case of cancer, very few rcts of homeopathy have been published. Patients treated with homeopathy reported less hyperpigmentation and a decrease in skin temperature.
Homeopathy is also popular with cancer patients. Observational data indicating effectiveness need to be interpreted very carefully. Randomized controlled trials are rare and are currently available with significant systematic limitations. All existing RCTs are cancer epidemics and areas of supportive care. Individual copies of this information are not currently available.
Considering the biological integrity of high-strength homeopathy, again the decisions have to be conservative. There is no evidence that homeopathic remedies can alter the natural history of any cancer. Some of the RCTs of homeopathy are the epidemic of cancer and the field of supportive care and it has not produced convincing evidence of any beneficial effects.
For indications other than cancer, the evidence from rigorous RCT is also not credible. As a result, there is no reason to believe that homeopathic medicines have anything to do with treating cancer patients or other conditions without specific effects.
However, to create a placebo effect, placebo is not necessarily required.
