 বাংলাদেশের  বিভাগগুলোর পুর্নবিন্যাশ করা জরুরী। বাংলাদেশ  মিরজাফরের দেশ। তাই বুঝে সুঝে চলতে হবে। না চললে মহা বিপদ। দেশ স্বাধীনের পর আমরা দুই জন শ্রেষ্ট সন্তান ও বিচক্ষন রাষ্ট্রপ্রধান কে হারিয়েছি। যার অভাব কোন দিন পুরন হবে না। আমাদের উপর অনেক সকুনের দৃষ্টি আছে।  আমাদের এক সময়  গেছে চট্টগ্রামের কথা ভাবতে ভাবতে। আবার এক সময়  গেছে সুন্দর বনের কথা ভাবতে ভাবতে। আবার একসময়  ভাবতে হয়েছে উত্তর বঙ্গের তথা রংপুর দিনাজপুরের কথা । গঙ্গা  যমুনা  সংযোগ খাল যা কিনা ভারতের মহা পরিকল্পনা। অর্থাৎ  উত্তর বঙ্গকে মুল ভূখন্ড থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন  করা। সবাই  আছে বিপদের তালিকায় তাই আমরা কখনই প্রাদেশিক সরকার ব্যবস্থাকে  গ্রহন করতে পারবনা। অর্থাৎ  প্রদেশ করতে পারব না। কারন এই ব্যবস্থাতে মহূর্তের মধ্যে মিরজাফর জন্ম নিবে। আর তখন দেশকে স্বাধীন  ভাবে ধরে রাখা সম্ভব হবে না। কারন প্রাদেশিক সরকার ব্যবস্থাতে অনেক ক্ষমতা দেওয়া থাকে এই সরকারকে। তখন কেন্দ্রীয়  সরকার নিরুপায় হয়ে যাবে। কিন্তু দেশের উন্নয়ন  এর স্বার্থে প্রশাসনিক ব্যবস্থা ঢেলে সাজাতে...
