 We spent a lot of time thinking about Chittagong.  Once upon a time there was a time to think about the beautiful forest at khulna.  Once again we have to think about North Bengal i.e. Rangpur Dinajpur.  The Ganga-Jamuna connection canal is a master plan of India.  That is to separate North Bengal from the mainland.  Everyone is on the danger list

 4. Bogra Division.

 5. Mymensingh Division.

 6. Gazipur Division.

 7. Dhaka Division.

 8. Faridpur Division.

 9. Khulna Division.

 10. Jessore Division.

 11. Barisal Division.

 12. Sylhet Division.

 13. Comilla Division.

 14. Noakhali Division.

 15. Chittagong Division.

 It is enough to make these fifteen sections with all the facilities.

 For example: all types of education system.  General University, Medical College, University of Engineering, etc.  EPZ, airport, land port, international business operations i.e. port facilities.  Departmental media world, manpower export facilities, etc.  All facilities will be in this departmental system.  That means you don't have to come to Dhaka for anything.

 At the same time, district councils and divisional councils need to be strengthened.  To promote the interests of the people.
